FOUNDER - Richard (Dick) E. Miller Sr. Dick started MMBM in 1965 after graduating from the University of Missouri where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance.

Richard (Rick) E. Miller Jr., CLU, ChFC Rick joined MMBM/MHG in 1972 after graduating from the University of Florida with a BSBA degree in Finance and Insurance. His postgraduate work included CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant). Rick served with the United States Coast Guard Reserves and is a Freemason, member of Pi Kappa Alpha, and a USCG commercial captain (100-ton license) retiree. Prior to graduating from Fletcher High School in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, he was active in DeMolay and Boy Scouts, obtaining his Eagle Scout rank. Rick was married to Betty in 1972 and has three children and six grandchildren.

Richard (Rick) E. Miller, III Rick joined MMBM/MHG in 1996 after graduating from Florida State University with a BSBA degree in Risk Management Insurance. Prior to graduating high school from Mandarin High in Jacksonville, Florida, Rick was active in Boy Scouts and obtained his Eagle Scout rank. He married his wife Kim in 1996 and they have two children, Abagail and Madisyn. He is an active member of Kappa Sigma.

Rhonda B. Edwards Rhonda joined our firm in 1983 and is the Vice President of our employee benefits division, Miller Health Group. She has devoted her time with us to provide valuable employee benefits to our clients at the most competitive price possible. In 1980, Rhonda graduated from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL with a major in Marketing. Rhonda is an active member of the Jacksonville Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters. Rhonda has been married to her husband Raymond since 1985. They have one daughter, Caitlyn, a son-in-law, Jimmy along with three grandchildren.

Shannon Murray Shannon Murray joined our firm in 1996 during her first year of college at UNF where she graduated with a double major in Management and Marketing after graduating from Bishop Kenny. Shannon is a licensed agent and works in our group department and works closely with our clients. Shannon has been married to Kevin since 2002 and has two daughters.

Hannah Garrard Hannah Garrard joined the firm in 1999 and works for our group department as our Group Administrator. She is a licensed agent and works on the administrative end of the business. She handles our large group accounts and works very closely with our clients. She is a mother of two children and a grandmother of Three.

Luke Miller and Jasmin Murray Luke Miller and Jasmin Murray joined our firm as our two mascots in 2013. They have both become an integral part of MMBM and can be seen daily at MMBM eating treats and sometimes checks.

Connie Younan Connie joined our firm in 1975. Over the years, she has worked for both the group department and in the life department. She has been the Comptroller for our firm since 1999. Connie has been married to Abe since 1968 and has two daughters and eight grandchildren.

Melanie Holmes Melanie D. Holmes, Insurance Administration.  Melanie has been in the insurance industry since 1986, she joined our firm in the group department in 2011 assisting agents and clients with group administration and service.  Melanie transferred to our life division in 2015 where she assists agents and clients assisting with life insurance, annuities and long-term care.  Melanie married her husband Tim in 1996 and has two children and one grandson.
